Miyamoto preps MotionPlus title, new Nintendo hardware coming
New Nintendo hardware confirmed. But it already has been in the past, sort of.
Nintendo hasn’t been too shy about acknowledging something is in the works, and Shigeru Miyamoto added another “yup” to the pile during a symposium at the 13th Annual Japan Media Arts Festival on Saturday, Andriasang reports.
Along with the brief mention of new hardware, Miyamoto also said he has another MotionPlus title in the works that isn’t Zelda. Basically, it could be anything so have fun with that. Your best place to start? Well, find out what Miyamoto’s current hobby is because that probably has something to do with it.
Miyamoto said this while being honored with a “Special Achievement Prize,” but let’s be honest, the bigger news is that OMG he mentioned a new platform.
We’ll see if GDC truly marks the unveiling of new Nintendo hardware.
