Furry Legends features guest appearance from Nyx

WiiWare games are going the route of the rapper, and by that I mean there are guest stars lacing entire albums like there are guest stars popping up in titles like Super Meat Boy. A lone game doesn’t make it a trend, but two? Now it’s a full blown fad. I kid, I actually find it quite cool.

Furry Legends is getting in on the hidden character madness, collaborating with Over the Top to feature Nyx from NyxQuest. Indie developers supporting each other and having random character appearances like this shows goodwill toward each other and is something I can respect as well and be fascinated by. This sort of thing would never fly with the big dogs like EA and Activision – they’re too busy going at each other’s throats. Hopefully we’ll continue to see little team-ups like this
